Wayne Brittingham
Wayne Brittingham brings over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, technology, retail, and services industries to his role as President of Bruno. He is a seasoned leader with a strong background in Human Resources, having held significant positions such as the head of Global Human Resources for Hewitt Consulting Group. In this role, Wayne managed critical areas including Talent Initiatives, Diversity Initiatives, Compensation, Learning and Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Change Management, overseeing a team of over 100 employees across various regions globally.
Before his tenure at Hewitt, Wayne served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Business Services Group at Office Depot and as the North American Head of Sourcing and Retention and Workforce Development at Nokia. His extensive career also includes key contributions to strategic recruitment and workforce activities on a global scale, as well as involvement with the League of Black Women, the Texas State Board of Judicial Review, and the Tarrant County Workforce Development Board.
Wayne holds a distinguished academic background with degrees from the New York Military Academy, Johnson and Wales University School of Business, and an MBA in International Management and Human Resources from the University of Dallas. He is also a proud member of Sigma Iota Epsilon, a graduate management honorary fraternity.

Vice President, Executive Placement and Client Services
Carmille Turner
Carmille Turner is a highly motivated 25+ year HR Staffing Professional and the VP of Client Services and Executive Placement with Bruno, LLC. As the co-business owner and experienced Practice Leader, Carmille Turner negotiates managed service agreements, generates new business leads, and provides career coaching and counseling to candidates based on interpersonal and professional skill assessments.
In a significant career milestone, Carmille Turner was appointed in 2022 as the Academic Qualifying Director for the Arlington Foundation for Excellence in Education (AFEE). In this role, she manages all aspects of the foundation's scholarship program, including the bi-annual awards and selection process for the Arlington ISD Family Expo and YES Summit. This role not only allows her to assist the citizens of Arlington, TX and the surrounding communities but also to enhance the educational and personal development of youth and provide financial assistance to students pursuing higher education at an accredited college or university.
Alongside her professional and philanthropic roles, Carmille Turner also serves as the Brand Ambassador for TrendzioJewelry, an authorized Divine Nine manufacturer. In this capacity, she develops social media strategies and email marketing campaigns to promote brand exclusivity and retain the customer base.
Carmille Turner earned her bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Management from Illinois State University and resides in Lewisville, Texas. As a servant-leader, Carmille Turner's ultimate goal is to leave a legacy where she is remembered for wisdom, ingenuity, intelligence, and patience.
